About the Role
- Home Office Moderators are Fifth level supervisors responsible for the following:
- Enforcement of rules
- Processing server applications
- Moderating servers, chats, discord
- Supervising of Trial Moderators, Moderators, Senior Moderators, Trial Admins, Admins and Senior Admins
- Files productivity reports
- Files write ups and disciplinary action as necessary
- Audits subordinates and applicable systems upon request
- Actively supervises subordinates.
- Oversees division performance
- Assists in Home Office policy changes and updates
- Oversees MGB wide operations
- More tasks upon supervisor request
Requirements
- Exceptional computer skills specifically with Email, External Moderation Systems, Documents, Forms, etc. or an ability to learn to MGB standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and deescalation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to problem solve with little to no supervisory oversight.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to supervise and manage tasks in an orderly timely fashion.
- At least 6+ months experience (Preferred but not required)
If an internal hire:
- No more than 2 write ups.
- No disciplinary action within the past 90 days.
- All training complete.
- Senior Admin Probation complete
- At least 30 days of Senior Admin or Admin verifiable experience.
