
About the Role
- Member Support Representative responsible for the following:
- Enforcement of rules
- Processing server applications
- Moderating servers, chats, discord
- Processing Member support tickets in a timely manner
- MSRs are liaisons for members and attempt to help resolve issues a member has and coordinate with members and other staff in order to support members and resolve issues they may have.
- More tasks upon supervisor request
(This position receives advanced training in Member Support. Member support is every staff members responsibility this role allows for specific members to specialize in this area and focus on these tasks in particular)
Requirements
- Exceptional computer skills specifically with Email, External Moderation Systems, Documents, Forms, etc. or an ability to learn to MGB standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and deescalation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to problem solve with little to no supervisory oversight.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- At least 1-6 months experience (Preferred but not required)
This position requires you to be a member of moderation.
